Shipping

The delivery in Switzerland is carried out by the Swiss Post within 2 to 5 days.

Outside Switzerland, shipping is handled by DHL and other suppliers and can take between 4 and 12 days.

Shipping cost within Switzerland: 5 CHF (free delivery for all orders above 80 CHF)

Shipping cost within the EU: 10 CHF (free delivery for all orders above 80 CHF)

Shipping costs worldwide: 20 CHF (delivery can take up to 18 days)

The shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes or other charges abroad, are borne by the customer.

Delays in delivery caused by the responsible customs office are possible.

If delivery is refused or an incorrect delivery address is given, the purchase amount will not be refunded. This also applies to goods that are not picked up at the customs – or post office.
